Our Seven Links…

1 Flares 1 Flares ×

So it’s out turn to get involved with the 7 links project, after kindly being nominated by Turkish Travel Blog and Adventurous Kate  here are our picks:

THE RULES

1) The Blogger is nominated to take part by another blogger

2) He/She publishes their 7 links on their own blog. One Link for each category

3) They nominate up to five more bloggers to take part.

So here are the categories and our seven links…

Your Most Beautiful Post – A Day in Luang Prabang, Laos

This isn’t just a beautiful post because of the pictures (good job as well because it only has two) but because if you follow our tips you will have a beautiful day yourself in an amazing location.

As you can see, I’ve taken the title of the category very loosely, a theme I’ve followed for all the links…

Your Most Popular Post – The Stupid Things We Miss From Home

Being English it seems we have some very staple items that the rest of the world doesn’t care about, in fact it seems the rest of the world thinks we’re weird and disgusting in most cases.

Your Most Controversial Post – Getting My Anus Inspected in Bangkok

I’m not sure if this really fits the bill as controversial, the language is pretty strong and the whole post is a bit out there, not something you would normally read about but I thought it was funny so…

Your Most Helpful Post – Crossing the Vietnamese Border From China

I would say this is our most helpful post based on the amount of search engine traffic it gets. It’s a close call between this one or the post about hitting the backpacker trail. There is a lot of backpackers in SE Asia but heading into or coming from China seems to be a little less done.

A post that’s success surprised you – New to Riding a Moped? Why not go on the 100km Samoeng Loop

We wrote this post as just a usual insight into our journey, we had just rode a moped for the first time and went on quite an epic journey, it only seemed right to write about. We had an amazing response which came as a bit as a surprise as we saw this as more of a post just for us to look back on.

Post You Are Most Proud Of – The Thrilling Adventures Of Super Boyfriend

Okay it’s not the best written post in the world, doesn’t give any useful information or open your eyes to anything. I’m proud of it mainly because it proves how awesome I am and fits in with the type of crap I talk all day.

A Post That Didn’t Get The Attention It Deserved – Ban Lung, Cambodia

Again it’s not so much the post doesn’t get the attention it deserved (well maybe a bit) but the place. Despite only being in Cambodia for a short time we enjoyed Ban Lung a lot, we’ve never had so many people say hello to us, everyone was so friendly and the surrounding area is gorgeous. Definitely one of those places you have to see for yourself, being a bit out of the way from the main tourist cities though means not enough people do.

So there you have it – our seven links. Now it’s out turn to invite some people, not an easy task when so many have already done it but here is a couple for you:
